Using Bitcoin

You can use Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies to purchase any items in Hungry For Hits. If you want to upgrade using cryptocurrency, follow these steps:

  1. Click the CoinPayments buy button for whatever you wish to purchase, and you will be taken to the checkout page.
  2. Select which type of coin you want to use for your purchase.
  3. Enter your email address, your first and last name, and then click “Complete Checkout”.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page that comes up. You will get a QR code and a Bitcoin address (or other address, depending on which coin you choose).
  5. Open your software or online wallet and copy/paste the address and payment amount into it on your Send/Transfer page. You have 3 hours to complete the transfer.
  6. If you send funds that don’t confirm by the timeout, you will receive an automatic email to claim back your funds within 8 hours.
  7. If you don’t send enough, don’t worry. Just send the remainder to the same address and CoinPayments will combine them for you. You can also send from multiple wallets/accounts.
  8. Once the payment is confirmed several times in the blockchain, the payment will be completed.
  9. The confirmation process usually takes 10-45 minutes, but it varies based on the coin’s target block time and number of block confirms required.

When you use CoinPayments, the item you have bought will automatically be added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed and completed. Note that it will usually take between 10 and 45 minutes.

Hello, Klara – great information here, thanks.

Really useful for everyone to know about Payza as a method of paying with Bitcoin.

Pretty soon the High streets of the world will all have ATMs that utilise Bitcoin so the more we understand about it now, before our kids show us all up again, the better it will be in ten years time.

    All the best – Andre

      Thanks Andre!
We have a Bitcoin ATM in Stockholm, it’s only open at business hours but it shows the beginning of something big. As soon as they figure out a way to make it quicker, it’s gonna boom. 🙂

Hiya, again – thought I’d share some info in case anyone is curious about bitcoin and whether it is of any use or real value.

Just like all bank accounts the money is electronic but when a bank goes bust it is bye bye to your cash. When Bitcoin went to zero it immediately went back up again because people had it on a dongle at home so they effectively recharged the system

Today Bitcoin has been accepted as the new currency because banks & governments cannot kill it. A well known billionaire, Richard Branson of Virgin fame has just invested an extra $30 million in Bitcoin technology so people can use it in their local stores and store it safely online.

The main problem before was access to your Bitcoin but not anymore…ALL the tech giants from Microsoft to Opensource are piling into Bitcoin because it is flameproof – even when it dies it gets back up again like Arnie Swcharzenpersonwhosenamewecantspell in Terminator.

Bitcoin is here to stay and it’s gonna go over a million dollars a piece!!

Thanks for pointing everyone in the right direction, Klara – you may well have made a few future millionaires – truly, you may have.

That’s why Hungry For Hits rocks!!!!
