If you are an active member, commissions never disappear by itself.
If you get a commission email but you don’t see any commission in your account, it is because of one of these three reasons.
- The most common reason is because your referral used the buy button to move their commissions to their Piggy Bank. Since this isn’t a purchase in itself, you didn’t earn any commission from it. However, the email goes out as usual since the referral used a transfer button on the site to do the transfer. You will earn a commission when they use the Piggy Bank balance to buy something instead.
- Your referral asked filed a dispute with the payment processor or changed their mind immediately after doing a purchase. This means the purchase was cancelled and refunded.
- If you have a line in your commissions that says “Inactive account”, it means you have not logged on for more than a year. Simply send a support ticket to reclaim the amount.
