For existing accounts
If you want to change your email address, go to Account Settings under the Account menu. You will have to verify the new email address, and the verification email is sent out to you instantly.
If you haven’t changed your email address but it still says that your account is unverified when you try to log in, our mails to you don’t reach your inbox. Usually, this happens when members email inbox is full. Simply clear up your inbox, click “Resend verification code” on the login page again and click the activation link in the verification email sent to you in order to fix it.
If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox, simply check the spam folder and/or add admin@hungryforhits.com to your filters or contacts to prevent these types of mail from going to the spam folder again.
If you no longer have access to the email address you had when you registered at Hungry For Hits and your account is unverified, contact support and notify us of your new email address.
Sending email to automated messages
Please note that you can’t reply to any mails from admin@hungryforhits.com, as it is an unmonitored email account. It is only used for sending out verifications and newsletters. If you need to contact the admin regarding anything you can’t find on this site, use the Support ticket system.
Do not contact admin on private personal social media accounts for site support.
