For new accounts
Please use a Gmail address for your Hungry For Hits account. Email verification when signing up is to make sure that only real people with real accounts use the site. If you did and can’t see the verification email, please check your spam/junk folder.
If you used another email provider and you can’t find the verification email in any folder, please whitelist firstname.lastname@example.org. Then go to the Login page, click “Resend verification code” and enter the email address you registered with again. These emails are sent out instantly, so if you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
If this fails, create a new account with a Gmail or Hotmail address, send a support ticket saying you made two accounts, and we’ll just delete the other account so that you can use the same username as what you originally picked. When you have logged in, you can change this in the “Account Settings“.
For existing accounts
If you change your email address in your Account Settings, you will have to verify your account and the new email address again. The verification email is sent out to you instantly.
If you haven’t changed your email address but it still says that your account is unverified when you try to log in, our mails to you don’t reach your inbox. Usually, this happens when members email inbox is full. Simply clear up your inbox, click “Resend verification code” on the login page again and click the activation link in the verification email sent to you in order to fix it.
If you no longer have access to the email address you had when you registered at Hungry For Hits and your account is unverified, contact Support and notify us of your new email address.
